Dr Rob Mathews
Rob enjoys general practice in all its facets and has a particular interest in Men’s health, dermatology and musculo-skeletal medicine. He has completed a degree in Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery both from the University of Sydney. Rob has worked in most areas of internal medicine and surgery during his time at St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney. He is currently studying for fellowship examinations with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. In his spare time he enjoys travelling, cooking, cycling and general fitness.

The Cottage Surgery blends traditional values of holistic care from cradle to grave with modern medicine. The practice has been operating in its current site for over 50 years. The original house has been recently renovated to allow our patients access to a wider range of services. We have strong patient loyalty and good links with the local community.
